I previously had them in a similar 20 gallon set up, but I decided to turn my 20 gallon back into a fish tank so I started setting up the 10 gallon for the 3 of them =)
Meet Oliver, bruce and cloe -- 2 males and 1 big female!
enjoy -- questions, pros and cons appreciated =)

If anybody was wondering...here was the old 20 gallon set up..same idea, just bigger, with brighter lighting lol I actually like the 10 gallon better though, their honestly a lot less "jumpy" and do not get spooked as fast with the smaller tank, I think the bright lighting, and height of the tank with no overhead plants made them kind of cautious!

CYA!!!!!

You really did a very nice job with the setup! Love it! Great looking froggies. I like them a lot and hope to talk my other half into ok'ing a reptile tank. I can have lots of fish, but the frogs are always a worry... you know.. all is well then all of a sudden on the way to the bathroom late one night... squish. Your frogs look very happy. Oliver is a real ham there on the wood ornament. :D Is SOG in a different tank?

Thanks! Oh yes..Sog has gotton loose a few times, once for 3 monthes, we found him in the well in the basement, we guess he was feeding off creepy crawlys in the basement the whole time. But the firebellies, they can climb, but they cant push the screen up with their nose like Sog does! 2 of my firebellies have escaped, I never found them, but both times was because I didnt close it all the way! Oh yeah and in my 20 gallon, I actually had a few rosy red minnows in the water part =) I ended up giving them away though because I figured they just polluted the water faster ;)

Well theres a filter in there so I only have to do it once every 2-3 weeks. And I use my siphon hose from my fish tank and just go through the gravel and Im done in less than 10 minutes =) You definitely need the hose though, or the waste will just keep building up in the gravel just like a fish tank.

Thanks! Yeah the female laid some eggs last year, only a bunch or 2 were fertilized but a lot of them werent, so I raised them and gave them away to some friends of mine. And I can tell the difference between them, because the 2 males never stop grabbing onto cloe, and they bark a lot =) And the males skin is very very rough, and the females is very smooth, and the females a lot bigger =)

I love it!!! awesome firebelly girl! I love the pics and your tank..I think I have 3 males and one female...but not quite sure just yet..keep us updated :D

Thanks =) Yeah I just fed them today and they seem pretty happy but their still not doing their mating thing yet like they use to do every night so their all still tring to settle in their new home =)
