Fiddler Crab Sick?

How do I know if my fiddler crab is sick?

I have a male and ever since I got him (one week ago) he has been VERY shy, he will always be hiding in the rocks.

Now I see him hanging out inthe rocks but his rear end is pointing up and his face is pointing down. He seems to be doing a "hand stand."

I also have a female and they are very sluggish. They don't like to do anything.

I feed them different types of vegetables. Such as spinach etc.
They take little chunks out of them. They never eat them whole.

i had a RCC that did that then i found out that they need to come up for air! do you have something they can get out of the water?
