hello, I have several eheim filters. one of my 2227 pro wet/dry is making a little noise. it does appear that air is getting into the filter somehow. does not appear to have any air leaks in the intake tube or tubing. I have checked the orings and seal to the canister and wet/dry filter attachment.
When the filter dumps the water the noise stops. when the filter fills up with water the noise is there. When I unplug power the filter burps quit a bit of air. I plug the filter back in and it does the same thing within 5 minutes.
