shelldwellers

A 5 gallon is too small for a pair of anything aside from shrimp or snails, and even then it's too small to be stable.

honestly it would suck for them to live in a 5g. the bigger the better.. at least get a 10 or better yet a 15g allon for a pair. However if that is all you can do, make sure to please keep the water in the top, best conditions.

I think it will be fine. Get lots os small shells for them to play with.

hmmm.gotta thnk about this one!i have lots of shell and the water in my tanks is ALWAYS in top condidtions!

I've already answered - it's possible but not ideal in a 5 gallon tank. I'd opt for a pair of brevis myself - they're not as prolific as multis, easier to sex, and poor parents. Multis will overpopulate your tank, brevis likely will not.
