I am confused and Annoyed at the same time. I just checked my RO water, and every thing was 0 except the Nitrates? How could this be? It even had a saltine of 1.005...How is that. yes I tasted the water a little and it was a little salty.

I do not have the wrench to open the unit to replace filter.

My question is. Why would these result be?

Below are picture of my unit, and I can't find any information on the web regarding placement cartridges.

also if anyone knows how I can go about finding replacement filter for this unit I would greatly appreciate a link.

No wonder I can barely get my Nitrates down...

try and contact this place, they do sell the wrenchs and filter for RO system, I worked for this company before so I know they have it, but I just don't know if it will work for your system or not ^_^, but I think they are all the same.

search the tool section, it's $5 each
