I got the Coralife 18 watt 9 inch light fixture yesterday for my MiniBow 2.5, but I can't figure out how to mount it above my tank. It doesn't have a track mount, unfortunately, so it won't work with the mounting legs. The tank is 11 and 3/4 wide, I believe.

The tank is right next to a wall, so I thought about using 2 small shelf brackets to set the light on. But I don't want to use augers (sp?) because I don't want to put big holes in the wall. The folks at Lowe's told me that I can't just nail the brackets into the drywall or they will pull out, even though the light doesn't weigh very much. I also thought about hanging the light from underneath my kitchen cabinets somehow, but I'm not quite sure how to go about that, either. I'd love to just make something, but I don't know how or what, and I don't have a lot of tools at my disposal. Any thoughts are appreciated!:)

Thanks for the suggestion. Everything's cool now with the light, I used cup hooks to hang it under my kitchen cabinet. Pics are in my pico thread.
