Hello All,
I just wanted to report that my tank readings have been excellent. My NirtRITE spiked two weeks ago, then my NitrATES, then everything fell to 0 and has been so for 1-2 weeks now.
My Anemone Crab and my Emerald Crab did not make it, either eaten by my eel, or died due to NirtRITE levels, but otherwise my Eel, Feather Duster, Hermits & Snails are doing superb!
These were my readings this morning:
NitrITE: 0
NitrATE: 0
Ammonia: 0
PH: 8.2
Temp: 77.5
SG: 1.024
I am going to add more live rock, very slowly, to avoid a spike. Then eventually I would like to add a Scorpion Fish. No more inverts though, I think my eel likes to make snacks out of them.
I am interested in Mushrooms and Clams. Are these hard to keep? Any info. or suggestions would be appreciated.
