I have a 55 gal tank and have 6 small angel fish in it. I have checked the water but what seems to happen is that when I turn the light out at night they seem to float to the bootom and just lay there as soon as I turn the light on they come back to life. When the float to the bottom its like they hardly move at all and sometimes get sucked up to the filter. Can anyone please help me out is there something wrong or is this normal. Someone told me that they are just relaxing but that is hard to believe. Thanks for any help

Welcome to AC! :)
Angels do 'sleep' very near the bottom of my tank and are practically motionless. They may 'drift' over to the filter, but they should not be "pulled in"...?
Do they appear fine otherwise? Eatting well, swimming okay, etc.?
Is the tank cycled and everythign else okay?
How long have you had them?

Everything else is fine they appear fine other than when we turn the light off. We have had for a couple of months.
They're just sleeping and are fine. It's almost like a statis or suspended animation the go into. Looks freaky though because they can't close their eyes :)
