Prime.. because i can get it in the nice big jug and it lasts absolutely FOREVER, and because out of all the conditioners, ive noticed the least amount of stress with the fish at waterchange time. i once did a 95% water change, using prime as the conditioner, and the fish acted as if nothing was wrong. (i guess i got lucky on the temp match out of the tap eh? :p:)

I have always used aquasafe, but I'd like to see the ingredients of the top 2-3 brands ... Most say they do the same things such as removes chlorine, chloramine, and ammonia and detoxifies nitrite, nitrate, and heavy metals.

I was wondeing if that was apparent to anyone else, Ive used 2 other kinds and noticed some fish breathing heavy and twiching, this would only last for a short time but with Prime like you stated the fish dont even notice..Iam not trying to sell anyone on a particular product use what ever you want, but i use prime now.

on a side note, i did use a conditioner known as Aquaplus once.. worked well, but was too expensive and didnt neutralize ammonia, only chlorine and chloramines.. thats another reason why i like prime, cuz if i happen to get an ammonia spike, i can dose with prime so i have a warm fuzzy until i can get the water changed.

Prime...neutralises chlorine, chloramine, heavy metals, ammonia, can dose for nitrite in an emergency and a little goes a loooooong way; I was using aquaplus and I have saved lots by ordering Prime online, because would you believe you can't buy it in a LFS over here.
