I have a 125G FOWLR with nitrates at 0.0 and nitrites at 0.0. Among other fish I have a Red Emperor Snapper and a Blonde Naso. The Snapper tries to pick on the Naso, but since teh Naso is twice his size he usually just gets tail whipped and leaves the Naso alone.
About 2 weeks ago the Naso tailwhipped a hole into the Snapper's left eye. The eye gets swollen, but it stayed clear so I just waited for the sweling to go down. I went out of town last weekend and when I came home on Monday he had Ich. I gave him a freshwater dip and set him up in a QT. I put in some Epson Salt and Kick Ich. Woke up this morning and now his other eye is starting to pop. Obviously he now has a secondary infection and the stress of moving hasn't helped him. Is there a medicine that I can add to fight the popeye without overmedicating him seeing that he has Epson Salt and Kick Ich already in the QT?
