A newly designed and content-enhanced Skeptical Aquarist site is in the works. If you are a regular visitor to www.skepticalaquarist.com you will be able to see continual changes here over the next few months. There will be some bumps in the road in the next couple of weeks especially. But that Java menu that brought grief to some is gone. As we get up to speed you can expect to find a user-friendlier and more intuitive interface with expanded and revised content. This site will always be free, thanks to contributions from our supporters

Is it going to be compatible with the Opera browser?
Love the new color scheme...

It's about time, wetmanNY!!!
J/K, of course, but the site is already noticeably easier to use! Thanks much for keeping this veritable shrine of knowledge for aquarists up-to-date and available to all!
(Can I hear a "sticky"? This site deserves one if the Glossary Project got one!)

Any chance to add a search to the site?

(warm glow)
pinballqueen, I know my tech partner has been struggling over Opera compatibility.
Anaxus, a search machine is on the horizon. Who knew it would grow large enough to need one?
Oh when shall the waiting end?
*matak jumps anxiously in the back seat* "Are we there yet? I can't see it!"

Er, no sooner had I posted the note, than the site went down. Server problems.
Theatrical timing. But the dramatic disappearance was inadvertent...

what the heck is scepticalaquarist? I clicked on the link and it brought me to a web publishing page. the message was "Congratulations! Welcome to your new Web Site."
its like a business web page thing. the logo on the middle of the page is E-Commerce.

It's normally a fish advice page. Right now, it's down.

Surfaced again!
Well, after I get all those dead-end html links functioning and more text entered, www.skepticalaquarist.com needs photographs-- first of fish, but also my tanks. And photos to explain things. I need closeup lenses... I'm hopeless taking photos anyway.
Then it needs a search engine to help you navigate it.
Then I need some discreet ads so it can support itself and stay free of course...
