Lots of small white bubbles from my Penguin Bio Wheel?

Hey everyone...........I"ve noticed that my Penguin Bio Wheel 350 filter creates a LOT of small, white little bubbles when the water comes out of hte filter. My AquaTech 30/60 filter doesn't have any coming out. It just makes the water kinda look a little cloudy at the top, is something wrong?

try raising the water level above the bottom of the outflow of the filter. I think these are just small little oxygen bubbles and are harmless, there all over the top of my tank.
