Thought you all might like like to see the stand I built for my new 55 gallon,Its built out of red oak and 3/4 inch red oak plywood.

You must have a wood shop. I wish I did!
I took a different approach , I was trying to match my crate style furniture.
Mine is from 2x4s, 1x3s, 1x4s, 1x6s and some 1/2" plywood using only a circular saw and jig saw.

That's one of the most furniture grade stands I've ever seen. I'd like to see some plans for it. It would be great to incorporate your talent in the 4 stands and canopies I'll be building shortly. I'm tired of looking at common pet store stands that don't match each other.
