Does any one know what this is growing on my rock? Is it good or bad? It is on the highest piece of rock in my tank right under a powerhead.

Just looked those up in book and mine looks more leafy, I have some of those on a shady area of rock elsewhere in the tank but this is right under the lights at the top of the tank and looks a bit like a red cabbage leaf!
