I would of agreed in the past but now feel warner marine has a better product with PHOSaR. Pellet form and high capacity for removal.
I like it better.

I've never seen this product before, but Warner does make great products. I use their HUFA supplement. My only question is, how often do u have to change the media and if u wait to long does it leach PO4 back inot the water. Thats one of the good features of Rowa, it never releases what it has absorbed.

All products mentioned above are iron oxides and won't release PO4 back to the water column. However they can and will become saturated and will no longer remove PO4. For this reason I replace all chemical media every 30 days no matter what! That gaurantees optimum performance. Test kits can offer false readings also, so change every 30 days to be safe. ^ weeks would be my absolute longest use of carbon/poly pad/PHOsAR.

Is Iron Oxide harmful to Leather? As I heard phosgard will release Aluminum Oxide that is no good for Leather.

No corals are affected by these resins. If you were to remove enough P)4 from the system you could cause a nutrient deficiency but you would need alot of resins and extremely clean water.
No worries here. Try to het the PHOSaR HC if you can.
