This is a used power compact fixture. Everything works on it including the two fans. It has the mounting hardware on it already. This unit does not have lunar lights.
Only issue is, 1 bulb is burnt out and the other 3 are over 2 years old, but they do work. I looked online and saw bulb prices (for 4 new bulbs), anywhere from $40(ebay) to $160.
