what size filters would you recommend for a 75 gallon oscar tank with just one Oscar. I have a emperor 400 and a hot magnum 250 with a combined rate of 130 gallon tank. is that enough?

You cannot over filter water, especially with a dirty oscar. The more the better. What you have sounds sufficient for one oscar though =)
