Enough Flow?

The only source of flow in my 20g long is the AC500 fuge and a small amount coming from the PhosBan outlet. Is this enough water movement or should I place a power head in the tank? If so where would you recommend placing it. The tank contains LPS and shrooms/ricordia.

To the right of your tank it looks like you have a return pipe from something to the tank. If i were you i would put a MaxiJet 1200 on the opposite corner and aim it across the tank to create a cross motion of water. If your keeping coral you need somewhere around 20X turn over so thats what you should aim for to be honest with you.
