I got this plant in a tube labeled "aquatic fern" from on one the big box stores. It is very dark green with more "rigid" looking leaves. I attached it to driftwood and now it has lots of baby plantlets. It seems to grow very slowly and has a more "flat" appearance than any of my java ferns. I have done exhaustive searches but have no idea what it really is. I am trying to upload a picture but its not working, will try again but if it doesn't work, anyone have any ideas on keyword searches I could do to find out what it is?
I couldn't get the picture thing to work, it is the one <---- center and lower most part of driftwood. Thanks

trying again, I am more comfortable with record players, tools, and motors then digital cameras and computers! Here goes again.

when out of the water, does it "droop" or stand erect?

I don't think it is that african fern, unfortunately. As far as out of water, I guess I would say that it is more erect than droopy. Think I have been duped by a non-aquatic. :(
