help with hardscape

I currently own 2 planted tanks a 55 gallon and a 29 gallon. I am planning on taking down the 55 gallon which has 130 watts over it and adding more lights and plants to my 29 gallon.I will give my 29 gallon 130 watts making it 4.5 watts per gallon. I will be running a diy co2 system with apowered reactor.Is this ok or should i have pressurized? i also would like to set my hardscape up so its has a canyon in the middle what can i use to make sure my substrate does not fall?

i would go pressurized but diy can work. you can use slate or silicon or some bigger rocks to keep it from falling in.

well i would like to put both driftwood and stone in there but would that be too much?
