I have an albino cory who is around 2 years old. She seemed healthy up until today...last week she spawned...probably for the 3rd or 4th time in her life, seemed to be eating normally and was quite active. Today she is almost on her side and she looks a little thin. She hasn't moved more than 4 or 5 inches in the past 4 hours. I notice that you can see the veins in her barbels more than normal. My water parameters are normal at 7.6 Ph, Ammonia 0, nitrite 0, nitrate <20, temp 78. 40% water changes every week. Any thoughts??

P.S. I do have a lyre-fin cory in QT being treated for what I believe to a fungus. I bought him because he was injured by another fish and he developed white fuzz around his injured areas. I removed him immediately from the main tank. He has been in QT for 12 days and doing much better.

Update...her belly looks thin and she seems weak but she has no other outwardly symptoms. Her barbels looked pink yesterday but normal today. I don't know what to treat her for because I don't know whats causing this. Could it be related to her spawn 6 days ago??

I'm kinda stumped. Just keep watching her closely. Please post if there are any other symptons.

Update...She is not on her side anymore and swimming and eating more but I notice today that her dorsal fin is eroded slightly on the edge to the point where the bony points (that look like fingers inside the fin) are above the fin tissue. Is this fin rot?

is she restless and all over the place?
breathing hard?
i lost a cory to the above symptoms for no reason.they were always the quickest to go.no outward symptoms other than the " rough fins" in spots.

She doesn't seem to be breathing hard but every now and again she does decide to swim all over the tank for quite a period of time. Not sure if its a burst of evergy or if something is making her restless.
