When quarantining tangs, should I medicate them even though they are not sick, or will just feeding healthy foods like garlic do?

Just feeding with good foods providing a staple diet. Running the risk of medicating a fish that has nothing wrong with it could have bad effects, and knock on effects...All the time that the fish are in QT, we should monitor them for diseases or issues, and only if something is apparent, show we then start medication..
