It looks like youll have to wire it together, but other than that all you need is the bulbs your getting and a hood.

do you think a 14 year old could wire it together? Or should i try to get someone who knows what he is doing more? Does it need like a professional electician?

Well, I was an electrician for a time. But it should come with pictured instructions, and if you doubt yourself or feel uncomfortable doing it-you should have someone help you. Better safe than sorry.

IMO, I wouldnt buy that. The 2 x 55 watt kit from http://www.ahsupply.com/36-55w.htm is a lot easier to set up. Its also cheaper ($65!!!)

Theres no hard wiring to do, just hook it up and turn it on!

Just FYI that same kit is $10 cheaper at DIYreef.com (http://www.diyreef.com/shop/product_info.php?cPath=55_89&products_id=352) but youd have to compare shipping too. I dont know if its cheaper elsewhere yet, I just happened to buy my T5 retro kit from them a few days ago. DIYreef also has the GE Starcoats for $12.95/bulb.

Thanks but i want T5, cheaper in the end and more powerful.

I have a 5% off coupon from hello-lights so the prices will roughly be the same since hellolights are selling there bulbs 10 bucks each.
