stocking question??

i have an old 10-gallon tank that i just set up as a fry tank. After i get the fry out i was thinking of mabey stocking it with a couple of rams. Is this to small of a tank for them? if not how many can i put in?

I personally wouldn't do a pair in less than 20 gallons.
