60 gal glass fish tank, wood stand, and custom copper canopy for sale in San Diego area (pickup only) ~ $500 OBO.
Additional equipment that the tank comes with (partial list):
• External canister filter.
• 20lb CO2 tank with JBJ regulator, electronic solenoid and bubble counter.
• 100W titanium tube heater with external controller.
• Rio 90 and 1400 power heads.
• 2 X 5 gallon water change containers
MH Lighting Setup:
-Canopy has 2 mogul base mounts for 250W metal halide bulbs. Aluminum box houses two M58 ballasts and capacitors for 2 lights and includes attached cooling fan. Bulbs and capacitors need to be replaced.*
-Canopy also comes equipped with a standard light bulb base for use as a dusk/dawn light.
Copper canopy:
-Canopy made of copper sheet and pipe, lightly varnished. Copper legs sealed with red plasticizer to protect against frequent water exposure. Includes 2 side mounted fans to cool lights.
*Capacitors needed are 15 MFD 400V Advance M58 – part # 7C150P40-R; a local suppler can be located from the Advance website:
