I have a 90G: 48x18x24. Running a 4x55 setup from AH Supply. I run a ten hour photo period with a 6 hour overlap. I have two 5400 bulbs and two 6400 bulbs.

I dose PPS-Pro style.

All of my plants do fine, except low to the ground ones. Riccia anchored to slate grows incredibly slowly (The riccia in my 10 grows like crazy).

Ground cover never seem to.

I have noticed stem plants struggle until the get a little height to them.

I'm assuming the 24" depth is what is causing me the problem.

My thoughts:

Run all the lights the full 10 hours.
Pick up another 2x55 kit and run it for 4 hours in the middle of the 10 hour cycle.
Use the 6400 bulbs for the burst and put 10000K in one pair of the fully period set.

Thoughts? Suggestions?

i would try running all the lights for the full 10 hours and see how that goes.
