How much would plaster raise the ph of tank water just thinking might be able to make fake texas holey rock. also might have found a place that would sell by truckload for like 10 cents per pound/

Not with marine epoxy

But if you epoxy it, nothing will leach out which is what you need to have occur to increase pH.
