Prazi-q question

ON the bottle for Prazi-q it says to perform daily waterchanges and redose for the course of the treatment.

Do I dose at the whole tank rate eg, ~3/4 t for 20 gallons after each water change or for the amount I change out,~ 3/8 t for the 10 gallons changed?

I did large water changes and dosed the whole tank.

There are different opinions on dosing schedules as well. Some say to re-dose once, one week after last treatment, and one week after that.

I think dosing by tank volume is the way to go,,, it should say on the bottle, on the labels iv read its always been volume....20 gallon tank 20 gallons.....:)

I would interpret those instructions as being to do daily water changes and redose for the entirety of the (now refilled) tank volume

Here is the dosage instructions for Prazi-Pro as recommended on TheGAB.org site. PraziPro is praziquantel.




Flukes
Symptoms: irritation, flashing, lethargy, gulping for air, flashing - hard to diagnose without a microscope. You need a gill scrape or a body scrape to diagnose flukes. Vacuum well. Use a slightly rounded tsp per 20 gallons (2 milligrams per liter of water).
When treating for flukes with Prazi Pro GAB recommends the following treatment regime:
Day 1 -- remove carbon, perform water change, and add Prazi to tank
Day 2 -- add Prazi
Day 3 -- do nothing
Day 4 -- do nothing
Day 5 -- do nothing
Day 6 -- add Prazi
Day 7 -- add Prazi
