I've got this fish it looks like a tetra but is coldwater and its silvery with a black stripe down it and a red tail. Also so its just under 1 inch.I got it when i bought ablack moore goldfish the shop keeeper put it in a bag and i paid and went home i was floating the bag and the fish was in there.
P.S i am open to suggestions for the next fish i would get.

could be a white cloud minnow, they are also coldwater fish.
We can't really say what else can go in your tank because we need to know the size of it. Off the top of my head though, it will be kinda hard to house anything other than fancy goldies in with your moor because of the specific dietary and food needs of the goldfish themselves and aside the face that they will eat anything they can virtually fit into their mouths. That being said, the goldfish do get quite large and at adult size, can fit more than you could guess at in there. I see that white cloud becoming a meal in the future.

then you shouldnt even have one black moor in there, let alone anything esle. thats waaaaaay to small.
