Quarantine question?

I have a question about placing fish in quarantine. Is it safe to quarantine fish together from two completely different sources? I am planning on getting fish from China and from Japan. I expect them to arrive within a few days of each other. I do not have two tanks and do not have space for two tanks in order to seperate them. Would it be okay to keep them together? Thanks.

Would 'fish from Japan" and "fish from China" be referring to types of goldfish and koi?

Yes, I am referring to types of goldfish. Yes, you are right I do not really have an alternative, but would this be an okay thing to do or not? If it is not then I will not do it.
