bristlenose sensitivity to meds

i added some anti-parasite stuff to my tank and the bristlenose has gotten pale. the box didnt mention they would be especially affected.. I can do a water change tomorrow if he isnt looking better. has anybody else had this experience? in the past i have added meds to tanks with a puffer and a tank with a clown knife, [other scaleless fish] and not seen this reaction.
 
The color probably just reflects his mood. The medicine may taste bad.

it was Parasite Clear tank buddies fizzing tablets from a company called jungle.

and his color is mostly back this morning, the rest will probably come back after todays water change.
 
It looks to be okay...they recommend knocking down the dosage of the Ich Clear, but not this stuff, so your Bristlenose will probably get his colour back after the water change.
