Scary, wild boar are some of the meanist, nastiest, fightenist and destructive monsters out there. I've been around a couple of 700lbs domestics and you have to be acutly aware that they are dangerous and can kill or injure you. whats really scary is it only takes a few weeks for a domestic hog to start showing feral traits in the wild, and wild hogs are a severe problem in many areas since their introduction and release. I wouldn't want to be anywhere near that guy, let alone try and hunt it with a 50cal pistol.

They did do a lot of camera tricks to make the pig look bigger, even photoshoping it. But its still a big pig. But apparently the kid wasnt so good of a hunter or else the most powerfull handgun cartridge doesnt live up to its .500 S&W name, as it took him 9 shots and if I recall several hours to kill it. As I consider myself a good hunter I try to make a 'clean kill', this was far from that.
