Can anyone please help me?

I have 2 Pecular clowns which have been in my tank now for 3 months.

Today i have noticed that the bigger of the 2( presume the female) has started to attack the male.

The male has now taken into hiding at the bottom of the tank behind a coral, when he adventures out the female has another go at him.

Why is this and what can i do to prevent any more stress to my male clown?

Thanks.
Liz.

i would say its part of nature...the larger clown, more than likely female, will just be stamping her dominance on the smaller male...Its usually all part of their getting together ritual...

Thanks Niko.
The male is just hiding now keeping out of the females way (poor thing)
So there is nothing to worry about then?

I am just concerned that the female will stress the male that much that i might end up loosing him.

Thanks again.
