Best way to measure pH

I tried to search on this but the search engine will not accept 'pH.'

What do you all use to measure pH? I have a tank with pressurized CO2 and would like a fast method for checking the pH. I curently use pH strips from EM reagents but the color change round 7 is very similar. Suggestions?

I'd get a pH meter.

They have some pH meters there that can be set to automatically close the solenoid valve in your Co2 system when the pH drops below a certain point. You can also get a pH pen.

I just use the 'regular' 5ml bottle with the 3 drops added...
Seems to work fine, but I'd rather have the fancy digital meter gadget. The ones I've seen are real pricey...
