Will the Python Work this way?

I just got one of those metal stands that holds 2 aquariums (what do you think of them?). Will the Python be able to syphon the water for the lower aquarium, which is only a couple inches off the ground?

Yeah, that is why the pump is water powered. It won't be a problem.
