tell me about water

Do you mean that the salinity fluctuates a lot? If so, that is not good. You'll need to add fresh water to compensate for evaporation (since the evap leaves the salt behind, and raises salinity). My own tank is very small, so I top off with FW every day.

Water movement in the right places (For example, you don't have any "dead spots" or low flow areas, and none of your corals are being bothered by direct flow from a pump) is always a good thing. :thm:

you want a good flow throughout the tank. however, you do not want anything to be blowing away in the current. in that case it could be too strong. it is your call to decide. but some current is good.
