Hi,

I already have two tanks, a 5 gallon which I bought before doing any research then a 10 gallon to practice some of the things I learnt. So far only lost one fish which was sad but in general they are all glowing and healthy, breeding. I have 5 black skirts, 4 corydorus and one Otis (sp?) and 5 glow tetras between the two tanks. I change water every day aiming for a 100% change per week.

I have recently bought a 50 gallon 48 x 13 x 18 inch tank and was thinking that I would transfer my hardy black skirts over with stuff from the established tank to get the bio-filter going. After that Im not sure what other fish I would like but here is a list. Is this ok and do you see any problems?

50 Gallon
8 Congo tetras
I German Ram
5 black skirts (from other tank)
4 Corydorus (from other tank)
4 Otocinclus catfish (LOVE these fish)

10 Gallon
8 Glow Lite tetras
2 Corydorus
2 Otis catfish

5 gallon
Leave as quarantine tank and hospital tank

I am most worried about the ram hoping it wont attack the other fish. They said my black skirts are peaceful but I've seen them rough each other up at times. Do I need 2 more black Skirts to stop them fighting?

In the 50 I'd definitely up the cory and Black Skirts.
