help. can someone tell me how to stop this red alge bloom. i have changed my bulbs and got new ones. did a water change and it grew back like crazy. does anyone know what causes this? sometimes i just wanna shut my tank down and be done with it. fish still good. soft corals still good. anemone still.good. 150gal tank.300 watts of light(214 really, bulb blew and haven't odered the other yet) any advice would be helpful thx:wall:

Hi there, red bacteria blooms are usually down to an issue in a few areas...Namely lighting, high phospahtes and low flow..LIghting you ahve changed, what is your current phosphate water test results? and what equipment have you got in the tank at the moment??
