yes it does, the carburetor on it was shot, so he replaced it and some other stuff and now it runs really well. i don't know much about cars and their motors and stuff, i just think it looks cool, and the orange is a real eye catcher. this winter he wants to have a black bumble bee stripe painted on the back to break up some of the orange.

318 was one of the hardiest motors Dodge ever built!
I hand a '70 dart when I was a kid ... I loved that thing ... the frame gave out and the motor was still a powerhouse!
Sold the motor for more than I bought the car for.

No bee - go for "Dart Swinger" trim!

ya, i know the general lee was a charger, but because of the orange people have been jokingly saying we should get it painted that way. the boyfriend wants to keep it simple and likes the look of the bee better than the swinger, his car, up to him. this winter he wants to work on redoing the front and rear end and put a 340 in it, likes the 340, his preference, and wants to make it so he can put a set of meathooks on the back. his friend has a 'cuda and kinda wants to do the same that he did on that, but different motor and stuff. couldn't tell you whats in the 'cuda. now it sits in the garage as a catch all. poor car. lol!
