Or it looks like it could be a Copadichromis Azuerus...
the difference between the electric blue and copadi is the gurth in the body...electrics are more slender while copadis have more of a rounded shape body...here is a picture of a Copadichromis Azuerus..

you can very well see the difference in the body shape...:)
electric blues tend to be more elongated and copadis are more squat...
