I just bought 2 new things form prolly the worst place to buy slatwater, Petco=( I was just in browsing and saw they had a new shipment in and had a Condylactis Anemone for dirt cheap so i bought him along with a red seastar. My main concern is the nem, right now it the tank I have a rose bubble tip nem, 2 clowns, 1 clown gobi, a mandrin goby, and a cracea clam along with some other misc corals. I just want to make sure the new nem will get a long with everything and not hurt them. I am going to move some corals around and try and keep moving them untill the nem finds a spot. I hope i dont have any problems with him but let me know if i made a mistake in getting him and also the seastar. if so im sure my lfs will have a good home for them. Oh and my tank is a 38g. =D thanks for all the help.

I've seen a condylactis kill and attempt to eat a good-sized lion fish, so that should give you an indication of how obnoxious they are. They move all over and don't really care what's in their way. That's my experience at least.

As Nolapete mentioned, condy's have a reputation as one of the most mobile anemones. Keep an eye on it so it doesn't kill other corals in your tank. Some seastars can be difficult to sustain in a small aquarium, is it a brittle, serpent or linkia star?
