Very sweet, was it something you or the artist came up with? Looks a lot better than most the flash floating around the shops here!

Sweet! how long did it take you?
only took about 45 of the longest minutes of my life.... this year :D
not as much as you might think.... Id be willing to bet that yours hurt more :)
the tattoo was like most are, it sucked at first but then after a while just became numbish. The part that made it feel like it took forever was keeping my head down at chin on chest. Doing that for 40 minutes quickly feels like hours. I had to close my eyes and breath consciously because it felt like I was going to pass out.
DD that looks awesome!! thats a great spot for a tat!
FL, I agree, it's an awesome spot, one I've been planning for a while now. I suggest it for anyone, but I do give warning that they need to be prepared for the head down part.
Very sweet, was it something you or the artist came up with? Looks a lot better than most the flash floating around the shops here!
This tat wasn't at the place I usually go to, I found the pic online and brought it in. They took it from there.
Awesome!!!
I have more :naughty:

That's tough. I can say from personal experience that the back of the neck hurts worse than the arm pit!! What a trooper!!!

cool guys, chicken, I was thinking something fishy but didn't find anything I really liked enough to put there.
JRC, I love the key one... the text one... not so sure what that means but we all do something we regret once or twice, huh ;)

Nice tat. you are right about the regreating part since I do regret turning 18 and getting my first tat of a cover band on my right arm......ahhh childhood mistakes.

he he I wont get into where, how or why on the old one but I think everyone gets close to making a mistake on what they get for a tatoo at some point (at least everyone who get's inked). Unfortunately I got too close and ended up getting it.
Nice thing is, it's there on my leg and I'm not a shorts type of guy so half the time I forget it's there. I keep thinking of covering it up (want to do a fox and hound scene) but every time I look at whats there now it reminds me how far I've come in life.
I guess it's not a bad tat after all eh? Could be worse it could be fred flinstone or something.
Chicken: That fish is awesome with the blue fill any plans on adding around it?
chickenhawk

I might get a bit more added around it (waves, etc.) but I'm not sure yet. I only plan on having the one, so I want to be extremely carefull on what I add.
Nice tat. I would love to have a pet bat.

waves would be slick though I do understand the thought process I got the keychain to honor a death and every year around the same time I get all depressed and keep thinking of adding but theres just nothing that suits.
so what else you got DD?

Nice spot as wall, very sexaaaaayyy lol.
So what's next?

so what else you got DD?
let's see, my 18 years old and getting a tattoo one is a pegasus on my chest which is in need of touching up. If it was now, I woulda never gotten that one done. It was on a whim but it isn't so bad looking.
Then I have both my shoulders done. One is of Hootie and the blowfish, with a blowfish in the middle.... so I guess you can say I do have a fish there :D
the other shoulder is a bear paw and feather, kinda signafies a pretty important time in my life.
Then the lower back one of the tribal butterfly scene. My twin and I got the same one 2 or 3 years ago for our birthdays to signify our bond. Hers is pink, mine is blue.
When I get home, I will take pics and post them up.
Boo, hehe, what's next.... I swore when I was going in to get it done, that this was the last one but then just yesterday I was daydreaming about where the next will be, LOL

ink does get addictive.... the trick I've learned is to budget for it, then go spend it on something else... like live rock or a protein skimmer.....
