Every time he opens his mouth, I want to strap a piece of duct tape across it. Did you watch UFC 72?

I didn't get to watch it. I fell asleep. Rich Franklin and Forrest Griffin both pulled out wins according to the UFC site.

MMA, UFC, IFL screwed up my sharkweek recording last night. My husband has the DVR record every single one of those things, including the reruns. Every 2-3 days, I have to go through the recorded programs and weed out the reruns so we will have room on the recorder to record my shows.

Hubby LOVES to watch all of them ( but says Ortiz is a piece of work).

I find it to be the best sedative and sleep aid that has ever been produced. I am not being mean. I have tried to watch, I stayed up to watch the last major Liddell fight. EVERY FLIPPIN' TIME... I AM K.O'D IN LESS THAN THREE MINUTES! No lie. I curl up and Hubby gets to watch alone. I get a run down after it's over.

Haha, sounds like my daughter. She rolls her eyes at me when I'm watching cage fighting.

I'm looking forward to this next event. Chuck Liddell vs. Keith Jardine is going to be a brawl since they have such similar styles. I have a feeling that Keith is going to catch Chuck in this fight. I hate even saying it because Chuck is my favorite fighter.

I root for the cutest one!!! Or in some cases, the underdog.

Of course you would. That's a typical girlie way of picking a fighter. LOL

Really? I think Jardine will get slaughtered because Chuck will be hungry for a win and I do not think Jardine is at his level yet. Jardine has great leg kicks but does not have that same mystical knockout power that Liddell has.

I also really want to see GSP punish Koscheck in August, I really dislike Kos and GSP is the best welterweight in the world, regardless of who is holding the belt.

That's exactly why I think Jardine is going to catch him. Chuck wants a win and I think he's going to be a bit too hungry to get it. I don't think he'll underestimate Jardine, but he may be over-confident.

I don't care for GSP. I've always liked Koscheck and especially do now since he handed Diego Sanchez his first loss. GSP is more well-rounded fight, but Koscheck has worked on his standup. You can't touch Kos' wrestling either.

Wow i can't believe how many MMA fans. thats awesome. I have been a huge fan from way back in the beggining with gracie.

I actually just had my first cage fight last weekend. I won in under a minute with a kimura, but I broke my hand. The organisation that i fought for is sending me a vid of my fight so maybe when i get it i will post it
