Will it be fine to wash my tank with a garden hose that has a copper part?

is your tank empty? lol. If yes, then sure you can wash it with a garden hose.

As long as you don't fill it with it when you set it up. I wouldn't wash gravel/crushed coral with it.

Yeah it's empty. Won't be filling the tank with it, just rinsing.

I used a water hose on my tank and just let it air dry in the bathroom.

when i first filled my tank i used a hose. its the pic in the avatar. tanks been great. lots of growth from the live rock. i wouldnt consider topping the tank off or doinbg a water change with a hose tho.
