Thanks for all the help along the month, to all who gave me advice. me and my gf decided to bring the 6 serpae and 2 golden tet's and the 2 remaining gourami to the lfs, we want all mollys, we have a couple platys and thats fine too.

So, the final stock # is:

1 Marble Sailfin Molly, planning on picking up a girlfriend for him
1 pair of orange Swordtails
1 pair of Black Lyretail Mollies
2 pair white Mollies
1 white baloon molly, might pickup a few more.
5 Sunset Platies, some speckled.
1 Blue platy
1 Dalmation Platy
2 marble Mollies
2 Mystery Snail
1 common Pleco, intend to buy a second Pleco, not common.

My one concern, the sailfin is VERY active and chases every other fish, he is the biggest and seems like he might be teritorial, should i be concerned?

When the others catch up to his size, they'll be fine. Just watch that he doesn't pick on any one fish in particular. As long as it is distributed, they should be able to hold their own for the time being.

thats just how male salifins are when there are other male mollies in the tank. hes probably just showing the other males that he is dominant.

also, the platies may get bullies by the mollies

I'd take the common back and get 2 that won't get as big as a common.
