the turtle dudd died today his face and arms got sucked up bye the power head in my aquarium

i have (3) turtles had 5 (1)clownknife (1)australian arowana (4)tiger barbs (1)electric yellow african chichlid (2)....flem... barbs (2)red parrots

Which powerhead(s) are you running? Must be too powerful of suction for the turtles.
