you'd still be able to see the back of his head and neck...its just an overexposed shot, just like the alien invasion picture..the small black smudge above the neckline is part of his head...

i also don't know why they describe them as digging a grave(on the website, second link)...why would they be digging a grave in the middle of the street?

i see a head on the guy, the pic is so fuzzy and the color of his hair blends in with the surrounding dirt, it only appears to look like its missing, but to me right off the bat i saw his head.
