Mafia Game number 3 Sign up Thread

Ok guys and gals, i'll be taking over for Ogre this round.

so here you guys can all sign up for game 3, lets get more than 16 people this time!

if we end up with alot of folks, in addition to the detective and the doctor, maybe we could toss in the serial killer? the serial killer basically works for himself (ie, not a member of the mafia or the town) and slaughters folks (mafia or townies) at night. the sk also votes in lynchings, and can be discovered by the detective, protected by the doctor, lynched by the townies, or whacked by the mafia.

just a thought....might be fun.

THe dynamic of adding other special roles is difficult. With a serial killer, you have three players going out of the game every turn (day night cycle). That'll be a quick game. And if the doctor or detective get wacked, it'll be a mafia win almost for sure.

To make it a little better for the town, you could add the vigilante. Once per the entire game, he may take out one player of his choice (at night). otherwise, he is innocent.

I'll leave that up to our new mafia mod.
