Anyone here have a Livingstone's cichlid? I wondered what input you might have beyond what's in the following link.

Well mine are good tempered they've grown a good 6 inches since i have had them which would be about a 8-9 months. Mine are housed with other aficans and don't yell at me and CA, the only problem i do get with these fish are that my big male like to have a head on with my green terror. Oh and they get a really big mouth so don't stick anything to little in with them. Mine havn't bred and personally i tihnk i have 2 males but they are like best buds. The eat anything i give em flakes, blood worms, pellets, sinking catfish pellets. If i havn't covered all the topic just send ma a message and ill see what i can dig up :)

lots of rockwrok and caves can help ease aggression a bit.

Mandy... I have looked at your other posts and you def. have Venustus. Well Livingstoni arent as mean as some Haps, but make sure not to keep 2 males in the same tank.
