You need to change a lot more than 25%. Your goal here is to get that Ammonia and nitrite down to 0 and a nitrATE level of uner 20. Once your water gets to these levels and stabilizes this was over a 24 hour period for a week or so, your water changes can be reduced to weekly changes. For now, your water changes need to be stepped up.

i would do 80% water change. you can add your fish when ammonia and nitrites hit 0 and stays at 0, and have traces of nitrate. remember to use declorinated water always.

Tanks get cloudy when they are cycling, it's just the way it is. Increase and keep up with those water changes and your fish will be much happier/healthier and the cycle will be over sooner = no more cloudiness.

"water conditioner" or Prime is popular too.

it sounds like your tank is moving along with its cycle, but you still need to get the ammonia levels down. not only will high ammoina levels kill your fish, but if the levels get high enough they can stall the cycle.

Due to the high ammonia levels, you should do 50% water changes every day or every other day until they go down. I would continue doing 50% changes until your ammonia and nitrites are at 0 and your nitrates are at 20 or lower for at least a week. A great water conditioner is Prime. It works well and 1 bottle will last you a long time.

If you are doing a Fish-Cycle, the trigger for determine your water changes (WCs) is any reading of Ammonia and/or nitrItes at or approaching 0.25ppm. Even these concentrations are harmful, but the fish you ahve are hardy and should be 'okay' if the levels are not allowed to spike higher.

Multiple WCs will not adversely affect your cycle, but they will keep your fish alive ;)

Thanks Guys i did about a 75% water change. i planing to do a next one on Saturday, and keep it up until there NO ammonia and nitrites. From what i am hearing from you guys is constant water change is the key to getting ammonia and nitrites at a level of 0.

Again Thanks To every one who took time to reply
I know my fishes Thank you too
